In our Sunday animations in the #culturalHeritage centre, I finished my #visibleMending project: a #secondHand jacket with a completely scuffed collar. For a better look I fixed 2 more patches. All people were very curious. Then the reactions:

Visible Mending finde ich jedenfalls faszinierend. Sowohl als Konzept als auch von den Ergebnissen her, die ich im Netz sehe.
@NatureMC I've realised that the ability to wear visibly mended clothing is mediated by wealth.
Because I'm financially more than stable, I can wear mended clothing without fear that someone will look down on me for it. It's clear that this is something I'm choosing rather than something I'm forced to do.
