That already sounds like English, my extremely limited Japanese knowledge tells me the last line should be something like “whether the voice will or won’t change is a different matter” (and Google Translate agrees), but the meaning is roughly the same, yeah.
It’s still kinda muddy what will actually happen I guess, she’s stepping down from the advisor role (and it’s not really clear what did she do there), and she’s not denying nor confirming that she’s going to be the voice in the future.
