A bit odd to add Bankman Fried to the list though. He's a sloppy and somewhat stupid conman. Not some great evil. It's good that he's going to jail, but it's hard to care beyond that unless you were one of the people he stole from.
Henry Kissinger on the other hand was a rare sort of evil. He started his political career with treason, graduated to war crimes on a scale that boggles the mind, and throughout it all was kind of shit at being a diplomat.
He was a maniac. And yet, dumbasses in power liked him.
Finally. The concept of war crimes being fairly applied, rather than used as a political tool, is easily dismissed when looking at a career like that of Kissinger.
