By paying for premium or watching ads, you fund Google doing this to creators
Creators are getting demonetized for no fault on their own and cannot appeal. Furthermore, they’re banned from making new accounts, so Google entirely cuts off their ability to prosper if they made it their full-time job. Remember to use uBlock to block off the ads (if it doesn’t work on Chromium browsers, get Firefox, it works here, at least for me - might be regional) and under no circumstances pay YT or through YT. If you want to support creators, do it outside of the Google ecosystem so Google doesn’t profit to further enable their abuse and life-ruining machine.
