Made the red bean paste (aka #anko in Japanese cuisine) and it's cooling. Tastes very nice and looks like chocolate paste. Looking forward to employing it in some dessert product.
I made Daifuku-Mochi this morning. #anko (red bean paste) Mochi(rice cake)
It's hard to clean up after cooking.The rice cake stuck to the bowl and was difficult to remove.
