Did not make it out for Thanksgiving yesterday for health reasons. I did manage to make Acqua Pazza with Barramundi and baked Salmon.

The salmon will go in Spanish omelets tomorrow morning and the Acqua Pazza will be lunch/dinner tomorrow on sourdough crostini.

I did get some turkey. My son and DIL brought home leftovers. Cold turkey with coarse sea salt....YES, PLEASE.

Today was another story. More turkey for breakfast, three cookies, candy and milk. Oof.
