Jiangshi X - Wow! We've got our trio trying to escape with the Princess after a powerful Jiangshi arrives.

The one is trying to tap into the powers of his father to stop this one and help them escape. It looks like he may actually succeed - but if he doesn't, it is going to be brutal.

Jiangshi X - The stakes are raised in Jiangshi X. They found their way to a safe house, but we learn more about the Princess. She is the reincarnated form of previous ones and only she holds the key to releasing the most powerful, evil Jiangshi from history.

So, she says if it looks like she'll get captured, she'll kill herself before allowing them to use her to free the monsters. That will then send her spirit onto the next, new person who becomes the key.

High stakes. We'll see where this goes.

Jiangshi X - Our group is on the run and it's hard. After they all kind of blame themselves for what happened, the Princess offers some solid advice to calm their nerves.

Then they're attacked. First by one, then the chapter ends with a whole group of Jiangshi.

Not looking great.
