I honestly think #Spotify has missed the boat on this one. Those who care about #Lossless will already be on #AppleMusic#Deezer or #Tidal; and those who don't care won't pay the extra to get it. The fact the aforementioned three services all include lossless in their base subscriptions while it will be an extra tier on Spotify won't help matters. #Music#Streaming

#Loseless (and especially #HighRes) audio is all a placebo at best (and a marketing con at worst) anyway. The vast majority of people cannot tell the difference between a 320kbps mp3 and a 192KHz24bit file, and that only gets more true as we age. Lossless is useful for archival purposes; audio consumption not so much. #Music
