I have mentioned it a few times in the past but I don't know if I have ever mentioned it in it's own post?
In the past I was encouraged to do voice over work. My vocal range is rather low and if prompted I can sound similar to the "Voice of God" narrators you hear in Trailers -
"In a world of..."
"One man..." those kind of lines.
You likely haven't heard me, or if you did - it was either mundane or in a compilation.
However, unlike Sam Elliot, most studios aren't willing to send a car to hear me talk. :blobcatgiggle:
The REASON I bring all that is is secondary but explains what I'm going to say below.
Some VO work is voice matching. You're familiar you just might not be aware. They'll pay people who sound close enough to the famous person to "fix it in post".
Years ago someone sent me a cover of "Katy Perry's - Dark Horse" as done by various My Little Pony characters.
It was kind of cool, she matches very well.
I woke up this morning thinking about that song... so I thought I would share it.
She's been a contributor in both the #MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic and #StevenUniverse fandoms. I've been aware of her solely from her fan renditions (voice matching the characters).
John de Lancie's Q has always been one of my fave #StarTrek characters right from his first appearance in TNG's first episode up to the final episode of Picard.
Hi, everyone. So I’ve had an account on Discord since April and I haven’t even joined any servers. Can anyone suggest any servers for autistic people? I’m including my interests in the hashtags…
In 2017, the year I finally got into My Little Pony, I wanted so bad to see My Little Pony the Movie, but my family couldn’t afford tickets to see it. The week before went to see Thor: Ragnarok, I had been hoping/imagining that through some form of good luck, something would happen that would allow us to see My Little Pony the Movie.
