#PBOT sent an alert about a bridge, the first reinforced concrete bridge built in Oregon, now restricted from heavy vehicle traffic, including fire trucks. I was going to post it b/c I found it interesting, but the link to the web version was filtered as being dangerous. It looks dangerous. Don't encrypt links. If you do, expect problems.
Or they got hacked and it's malware. I haven't looked at the web-based email's internals yet.
