I got more than seven hours of sleep last night, the first time this has happened on a weeknight in over two weeks.

Naturally, this means I have gone from "I'm too tired to focus on work today” to “I feel too good to waste my attention on work today!”

I really want to stay up late and get something productive or creative done, but I think for my wellbeing it’s more important for me to go to bed now and get in a couple more hours of staring at this glowing screen that keeps telling me the world is on fire.
