Protesters against#TVPiS propaganda????? Carrying hrases like "Television in service of the Party"????? And NOT LOOKING AGGRESSIVE???????????? A small group it was, but still... unimaginable for the whole 8 years... until today.
Who used to act as an economy expert in #TVPiS? Definitely not a guy from Credit Agricole 🙃 rather somebody from a state-owned bank like PKO or Pekao (sic!) or Alior Bank, or even from National Bank of Poland, another public institution with PiS allies installed on top positions.

Krystyna Janda, an actress, hoping for an objective, democratic television for all citizens of Poland. #TVPiS#propaganda often deprived her of Polishness & patriotism as she said once in a 2017 radio show: "I feel like somebody was 💩'ing on me all the time", failing to mention she commented on a poem "To Jarosław Kaczyński" about the Smolensk plane crash.
Marek Czyż, closing the programme: "Don't hesitate to criticize. We will be listening. If needed, we will be fixing. We promise. And that's all in 19:30. We invite you tomorrow for 19:30" 🙃
No closing captions, Czyż was standing in one place for the whole programme, only one camera in the studio, also immovable. Guess the look wasn't the most important thing in the whole craziness of Polish TV's transition from #TVPiS to public TV, but nevertheless I hope they'll work on it 😉
Back to my #IPTV recording: some ads, promos, and weather forecast kicks in at 20:09 CET... with NEW GRAPHICS! ... well, somewhat XD city labels are still taken from #TVPiS "news" era.
Note pressure forecast: as low as 966 hPa in Warsaw 😱 kinda a record low it is...
More ads, and sports news at 20:14 CET. Again a new imaging, but nowhere close to those of "19:30" or the weather.
This is actually a style used by TVP Sport... which is funny, because TVP1 sports nx in #TVPiS era used graphics packages coherent with "Wiadomości" imaging 🤔
After all the news (or, rather, "news") segments, #TVPiS used to have a "reporters' intervention programme" called ALARM!, which, actually, often included current-affairs topics such as COVID advice, war in Ukraine, richness of Qatar ahead of 2022 World Cup, or... those protests against the near-total abortion ban.
It seems the programme has fallen out of the schedule (at least for now); instead, at 20:20 CET Dec 21, 2023, TVP1 aired more highlights from 2023 Opole Polish Music Festival 🤷
WP.pl's Michał Wróblewski watched a current affairs programme of competing Onet, in which a former TVP journalist admits "specific politicians are calling journalists to offer them jobs at TVP."
"Red lights should light up for us because it means they don't plan to build free media, but rather government ones," Magdalena Rigamonti said.
Geez... the last thing we need is the opposite of #TVPiS, PiS' blatant #propaganda replaced by other parties' narrative 😬
Meanwhile, what an irony: a Christmas episode of Polish edition of Family Feud features teams of "female journalists" and "male journalists"... except most of them are just known of hosting lifestyle & entertainment programmes on the same channel... (although a few of them had been news anchors at #TVPiS disInfo as well)

Agrobiznes, the farming news programme, which was famously interrupted by #TVPiS officer Borecki 3 minutes into its Dec 20 (takeover day) edition, was broadcast at 12:12pm today, strangely, recorded & presented from out in a forest o.O
"Good day, welcome from an outdoor studio and in field - we hope, temporary - conditions"...
Watching the new TVP Info. Doesn't look close to previous #TVPiS. Doesn't even look like other Polish news channels. IMHO it felt more like Japanese channels... until I saw this live contribution (from Kramatorsk btw)
More #TVPiS madness being unearthed by new TVP management - or, rather - liquidators: a list of 17 movies the previous partisan management barred from broadcast on any of the company's channels.
The list includes works of some "enemy" directors like Agnieszka Holland, Andrzej Wajda or Jerzy Stuhr, as well as certain Polish cinema classics starring actors critical of Law and Justice like Maciej Stuhr.
The manifestation is carried in its entirety by the two major right-wing TV channels in #Poland: TV Republika, where a number of former #TVPiS propagandists have moved to, and "religious" TV Trwam, sister to controversial Radio Maryja, of Fr Tadeusz Rydzyk.
A TV Republika caption seen here reads over 200k people are attending the rally, according to organizers.
