Can be done? Yes, it can! And ironically, I suppose much of Taiwan's democratisation of media has been done out of fear of 's invasion and a sort-of desire to differentiate.

Take a simple fact that when a radio DJ says goodbye, in China they would make it official, "zaihui" or "zaijian". Whereas in Taiwan, they'd say cute & somewhat familiar "bye byeeee" 😅

BTW is still "problematic", but we're up to 47th place, compared to 57th last year, and 66th in 2022. But that's still a far cry from rank 18 in 2015...

945.01 kHz: unmeasured accurately, but this faint carrier trace underneath RRA/Galei Zahal/IRIB R.Kordestan matches MWLIST offset listing of 945.0105, which is Angola... conditions tonight! 🌠

There's also something around 944.96, but nothing matches, unless Sao Tome is this far off-freq 🤔

Dziś wszystkie kanałów poza TVP ABC i Alfa TVP nadaje z ozdobnikiem na 20 lat członkostwa Polski w UE pod logo. W TVP Info wygląda on trochę inaczej.

Nie wszystkie kanały mają ten ozdobnik jednakowej wielkości. Porównajmy ozdobniki na TVP Historia i TVP Wilno...

A przed chwilą na TVP1 poszła zapowiedź Wydania Specjalnego z dwoma prowadzącymi, niczym tzw. "wiadomości" z czasów TVPiS 😆 Marek Czyż z Brukseli, Joanna Dunikowska-Paź z Warszawy.

All 14 (FOURTEEN!) of transmitters slated for final shutdown yesterday were -- well -- shut down yesterday.

@/Mad Radio DXer UK / M7EIW had recorded two Smooth Radio relays closing mid-songs. His local 1557 kHz in Southampton went off air after a minute or two of dead air @ 0954z ▶ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlnfr-YbJf0&pp=ygUObWFkIHJhZGlvIGR4ZXI%3D

The shutdown of 14 transmitters on 9 frequencies has made all but 3 freqs completely silent in the UK: 756 still has a 1kW BBC R.Cumbria relay, 1449 is BBC Asian Network @ 150 watts, and 1458 is a 125kW Lyca Radio for most of us except in Birmingham where there's another BBC Asian tx @ 5kW.

Yes, even our European "graveyard" frequency of 1485 kHz no longer has anything from the UK!

Additionally, 1242 became one more freq w/ NO STATIONS AT ALL anywhere in EUROPE!

@bisamsee for one, I'm not going to be a regular online listener of Smooth Radio either. Too much stuff too easily available XD. And for the most part, a pirate or two can replicate just about all Smooth had offered - that is, if they want to 😜

Can't tell the same thing about Radio 4...

666 kHz: Radio Signal, new station (!) launched yesterday, another independent one that targets naZi ruZZia (and belaruZ), very similar to Nasha Lenta on 1557. Both stations are produced in The Netherlands 🇳🇱 and use a transmitter in Sitkunai🇱🇹, just 268km away from me. Fair until 2010z or so in disturbed condx but improved then.

Tak sobie testuję radio, anteną obracam w domu... i trafiłem na takie coś na 104,4 MHz 🙄

Przynajmniej do niedawna Radio Grodno 🇧🇾 nadawało sobie tu muzyczkę, reklamy, tudzież jakieś wieści ze świata białoruskiego sielskiego haziajstwa 🚜

No to teraz leci "Międzynarodowe Radio Białoruś", w którym dwaj naZiści próbują przekonać że Polska szykuje się do ataku na Białoruś, że trzeba go sabotować, bo inaczej broń nuklearna zniszczy nie tylko polskie państwo, ale i polski naród! 🚨🚨🚨

Niestety w tej chwili nie mogę wrzucić nagrania (a szkoda XD), ale ogólnie nie wiem czy we Świsłoczu nie doszło do jakiejś zamiany częstotliwości, by ta cała polskojęzyczna z bialoruZi szła lepiej i głębiej w terytorium Polski.

Dotychczas Radio Białoruś było na 100,8 MHz z mocą 1kW (PEP, więc bez zysku anteny), a Grodno na 104,4 z 2kW. W każdym razie różnica była słyszalna tu w Brańsku.

Jest jeszcze 1 program Białoruskiego Radia na 105,9, także 2kW - tu bez zmian.

EDIT: rzeczywiście, na 100,8 jest teraz Radio Grodno. Także rzeczywiście swap, raszystowska dla Polski rzeczywiście ma w Polsce większy zasięg 🙃

Mam jeszcze coś bardzo słabego, czego nie pamiętam abym kiedykolwiek wcześniej odebrał w domu, na 88,1 MHz, podejrzewam że z Rakitnicy (taki RTCN pod Brześciem). Grają zachodni pop.

EDIT: jednak nie Brześć a Prużany, 116km na wschód i pol. V. Radio Mir, a więc kolejną raszystowska stacja sterowana z moZkwy.

I jeszcze jedna nowa emisja propagandowego, (częściowo?) polskojęzycznego "Międzynarodowego Radia Białoruś": 106,2 MHz z Rakitnicy (pod Brześciem przypominam, więc odbiór może być możliwy także w Siedlcach i Białej Podlaskiej, a może i dalej na południe). Ex-96,9 z miejskiego obiektu w Brześciu?

Dawniej na 106,2 było prywatne Radio B.A., zamknięte z przyczyn finansowych.
