@NBAnthony2k it's still a huge improvement for them to even consider pedestrian safety, even if its nowhere near ideal, especially considering so many stakeholders are still in the car only road use camp. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/12/19/2023-27178/national-standards-for-traffic-control-devices-the-manual-on-uniform-traffic-control-devices-for has a larger list of the major changes. The BIL demands continuous review with formal releases every 4 years, so hopefully as we keep pressuring we can continue to make significant changes.
