We watched #WondrousJourneys last night with amazement and appreciation and sadness, since it was the last scheduled presentation of the show currently. (We got fireworks and projections but neither of the two characters who are supposed to fly over the castle, probably because of the earlier rain.)

I love and appreciate the inclusion of the middle segment in #WondrousJourneys that acknowledges that life isn't always about happy moments, that there is pain and sadness and difficulties to overcome. And the challenge is to face them and hopefully find people who will help with that fight. #Disneyland 2/3

(long video) Last night, we watched the #WondrousJourneys fireworks show from #BlackSpireOutpost to check out the #FireOfTheRisingMoons version of the show, with a galactic score whereas there used to just be ambient #Batuu sounds to accompany the fireworks. They did a decent job trying to match music to a pre-existing show that has a completely different subject matter, but there are definitely awkward and dead moments, #Disneyland#StarWars#StarWarsGalaxysEdge 1/3

Had a chance to play with my #MagicBandPlus yesterday on #batuu because a friend wanted to try it out. It was a bit more complicated than I thought it needed to be, and the wandering around aimlessly looking for your target was a bit odd. #BlackSpireOutpost#GalaxysEdge#StarWarsGalaxysEdge
We ended up in the marketplace, near the dianoga, and the husband had found his bounty. My band was going a little nuts, so I wandered to other nearby doors. #Disneyland 1/3
Later in the day, we enjoyed watching the interactions that the band had with #RogersTheMusical , and then later last night, the band was very active during #WondrousJourneys fireworks. #Disneyland 3/3
