Inside an old Cello - The interior of a Lockey Hill cello, built around 1780. Lockey's family would go on to be the most famous instrument makers in England (Hill & Sons), however Lockey's own career was cut short when he was executed for horse theft shortly after finishing this instrument!
Day 1 - Sum (Sorrow) by Mykola Lysenko, a Ukrainian composer of the early 20th c. and an iconic Ukrainian figure. I picked this up just under a year ago, when war broke out in Ukraine, and recently started working on it again.
