Just a few weeks left until the EPO abandons the "10 day rule". It feels like the end of an era, but will make deadlines easier to understand. A short article (by me!) explaining the rule change.

Weirdly, and ironically since the EPO is now abandoning it, the Unified Patent Court also applies the 10-day rule to service of court documents (in particular the Statement of Claim) by post.
