#knitting question.
I'm thinking of knitting a sweater pattern I bought again, but now not with worsted yarn (as the pattern calls for), but with a beautiful sport-weight yarn I recently bought. Wool, rust-colour, really lovely.
I was wondering what to keep in mind when adjusting the pattern to the new weight?
Gauge etc, incl rows, I understand and can calculate easily, I think. Anything else?
Quick cast-on of a Musselburgh (my second) as I just had to (...?!!?!!)
I'm working on 2 test-knits to finish before June 20, but, well, there is now this small project to be my travel-small-bring-along stockinette project :)
Adult-small size, yarn is a lovely cotton-viscose blend, fingering weight.(Estate, Lana Grossa)
I'm thinking of doing other half in pink-plus-glitter yarns held together, as this is for my 4-year old daughter 😉
