I’ve struggled a lot with serious #lethargy over the years - needing lots of daytime naps and generally struggling to be awake. It occurs to me now that the lethargy dissipates when I’m living authentically - not putting on a performance. I’m also energised by having a purpose and spending time doing the things I love. #sleep#depression#mentalhealth
