It's fun to see TV pundits constantly hand-wringing over poll numbers. They seem completely baffled that 30% of the US population can't see the obvious.
But if those pundits stated the obvious and did it on-air, i.e., that social media are the root of the problem, then whoops! Mystery solved. Time to switch from a news channel to pure entertainment.
Does #MarkZuckerberg care that his algorithms are destroying democracy? Nope. He's too busy laughing all the way to the bank.

Excuuuuuuuuuse me. This is a movie that's rated "G" for general audiences, including very impressionable young children. But more than half the movie's entire cast is shot to death on-screen. Can you say, "Violence is just fine and dandy", boys and girls?
But God forbid the little kiddos see an exposed nipple. Then we must go to PG for parental guidance. Everyone knows that an exposed nipple is much worse for impressionable young children to see than murder. #Stoned op. 21
