Apparently for a documentary. I wonder why they have picked a United game for this? Probably because they know there will be controversy, since we’ll likely at some point throw the game by getting in a stupid position that leads to the ref having to make a idiotic and unexplainable call that will ultimately gift Palace a win...
Exactly, I was the same. This is the News that Twitter was good for, the live events.
I’d always check Twitter for the initial on the scene explanation of what was happening from local people. In my case it was a massive warehouse fire that I could see the smoke in the distance. Obviously there was nothing about it on the traditional news sites, but loads of stuff from local people on Twitter immediately.
Then afterwards you’d just read the proper News outlets for the full official details after the fact.
This is disappointing, Hoilund is a big miss but I think the majority of the problem is because we are missing Shaw. He has such a massive impact on the team. For one, Rashford just doesn’t work without Shaw backing him up, overlapping giving him options and encouragement.
One of the things they do that really drives me nuts is when they dig up a junction with road markings, when they tarmac over the bit they dug up they then repaint the white lines, but ONLY on the tiny strip they dug up, leaving the rest of the old faded lines with just one patch of bright white paint on it. Looks ridiculous. Seriously they can’t repaint the entire line!?
Great, Mastodon is really starting to be able to replace much more of Twitter now. The only thing i miss from Twitter was the local accounts I followed for info, will be a while before they all abandon and move over, but hopefully in the end.
This is great. It’s so good to have this game maintained by the community. I played this game so much as a kid and have returned to it many times since. I think I’m due another go! 😈
Nice to see something impressive done with a ping pong ball on the internet that isn’t NSFW.
That machine is impressive though. If it’s a preprogrammed sequence that’s great, but if it’s got sensors to monitor and adapt on the fly its even more impressive.

Glad it got picked up. I thought it would be Amazon Prime most likely to get it as they’d already invested in Picard. But I’m fine with Netflix. I’m due to get back round to Netflix after Christmas on my subscription rotation plan so hopefully I can binge watch both seasons of Prodigy by then.
Appreciate the people taking part trying to keep this on the agenda. May be a few years before we’ll see any progress but these people are keeping us on the right path, however long it is.
It makes sense. It may suprise a lot of people on here but their biggest market is not the people who demand 4k 60FPS in all games and will riot if they don’t get it. Their main market is kids playing FIFA and Minecraft and other casual gamers who just enjoy fun games at a reasonable budget. For that they really got it right with the Series S.
The quality of Lego helps, you shouldn’t ever really need to be throwing them away. The problem I do have with them is the excessive use of single use plastic in their packaging. So many plastic bags in all their sets. I’m sure they said they were sorting that out but I’m still getting packages full of plastic bags! It can’t be that difficult to sort that out and repalce those with some cardboard boxes or paper bags!
This is very disappointing to hear from Labour. The reason they are doing well in the polls and will win the next election is because they are NOT the Conservatives. We don’t want them to come in and just leave things as is. They need to be fixing things! Otherwise we might be better off with the Liberal Democrats instead.
I know this isn’t a Birmingham City football community but I think it’s interesting and positive for the city that such a big name has invested in BCFC. It’s another chance to get the city on the map, give it some more positive coverage. And if it works and the new club owners, including Brady, are able to get City back to...
Really wanted things to work out for Donny but doesn’t seem like that will ever happen so now really hope he can get a great move and first team football.
How big will the protests be at the first game of the season if the Glazers are still in charge!? Should be massive and enough to get the game postponed to get their attention again! 🪧Glaser’s Out!🚫
Seems like the perfect fit. Maguire would be good at West Ham. They have loadsa money and European football next season. He must be tempted, hopefully. It’s a win-win if they bid and he goes there. I think if West Ham bid £35m - £40m then we should definitely go for it.
