@globcoco I always forget which distro you are on 😬 ... I remember you use KDE, right? But the distro 🤔 ... I would install jackd and qjackctl with something like "sudo apt install jackd && sudo apt install qjackctl", and Bob's your uncle. 😅 🤷♂️
Perusing the science news this morning, as I do, I came across an interesting article about scientists finding an effect of menthol on Alzheimer's disease. Anecdotally, my nan had a obsession for sucking on boiled mints, which only grew with her sad decline.
I remember worrying that maybe the mints were making her worse, but maybe it was her way of fighting back against the disease ...
@CStamp Yes, limitations 😅. But anecdotally I found it interesting. It was also interesting to consider the effect that smells in general can have on immune response.
