GONADS125, to games in Microsoft’s Surface and Xbox hardware revenues take a big hit in Q3

I have a surface pro 8 and love it for school work in grad school. I love the stylus for note-taking and load it up with pirated textbooks. Saved $670 - $780 (used vs new) on next semester’s books.

I can’t see myself buying a new one tho once I finish school.

What an utterly stupid statement… She’s refusing to contribute to committing genocide, but that’s not enough for you. You think she should kill herself too…

If everyone refused to contribute to the genocide, then there wouldn’t be one either. There’s no reason young people resisting conscription should be making futile self-sacrifices. She’s already sacrificing her freedom in refusing to participate in a genocide, and spreading awareness and dissidence.

The far-right movement has been spreading around the world… It’s perhaps most on display in the US right now, but it is a global threat.

GONADS125, to world in Psychiatric wards in Korea filled up with depressed teens and 20-somethings

That is absolutely ridiculous… Our brains don’t even finish developing until our mid 20s (some research suggests it can take an additional few years for those with ADHD).

My school performance (with ADHD) was so much different in middle and high school than thru undergrad and now graduate school.

It’s totally asinine to put that kind of pressure on kids, especially when standardized tests don’t even accurately evaluate learned material.

GONADS125, to globalnews in Mona Lisa: Protesters throw soup at da Vinci painting

Just to play devils advocate, I decided to try to see if there were many instances of artwork actually being damaged. I found this article documenting the many “attacks” on artwork by climate protesters.

It does an excellent job illustrating how unjustified the outrage is, documenting how the attacks don’t damage the artwork.

GONADS125, to asklemmy in Are Americans more prone to conspiracy theories than people in other countries?

To add to this, radicalism spreads thru a social contagion effect and requires repeated reinforcement, and social media acts as a catalyst. However, local organizing also plays a vital role in the spread far-right extremism.

Here is an article I have written on my blog detailing how people become radicalized. I have ads turned off and do not benefit in any way from my blog.

One important section I’d like to share here is for the false ‘both sides’ arguments:

There is a stark difference in the means with which the two groups engage in acts of extremism. In a study evaluating Left-Wing and Right-Wing domestic extremism between 1994 and 2020, there was one fatality as the result of Left-Wing extremism, versus 329 fatalities resulting from Far Right extremism in that 25 year period. [5]

The Far-Right movement is the oldest and most deadly form of domestic terrorism in the United States, and The Anti-Defamation League Center on Extremism found that the Far-Right is responsible for 98% of extremist murders in the U.S. [24] Furthermore, for nearly every year since 2011, Far-Right terrorist attacks/plots have accounted for over half of all terror attacks/plots in the United States. [21]

In the U.S., Right-Wing extremism was responsible for two-thirds of all failed, foiled, or successful terror attacks in 2019, and was responsible for 90% of attacks in the first half of 2020 alone. [21] Since 2013, Far-Right extremism has been responsible for more terror attacks/plots than the Left-Wing, ethnonationalism, or religiously motivated attacks/plots. [21]

Well I mean teaching as in modeling the behavior. Like offspring witnessing tool use for example.

And hooking her up to machine for nutrition was just an example. The point is because she will stop eating and starve herself.

But as someone else commented, removing the sex harmone glad prompts them to continue eating.
