Insulation is already behind the squared timber.

The wall is actually behind the frame I am putting on the wall. It is an installation level for electricity and I can hang my plasterboards on that.

The insulation is 240mm thick behind the Plywood. That is where the vapor barrier is and the other plywood.

Yes.

I have two specialists for wood houses coming.

The wall behind the 6x6cm timber that I put on is about 40cm thick. I am basically just adding 6x6cm timber for installation (electricity mainly) and to hang my plasterboards. The windows are sitting on a very thick wood inside the main wall behind the 6x6 cm installation floor

I only attached a few 6x6 cm squared timber onto the main wall that is 33cm thick currently. But I will ask my construction dude.

Sometimes it takes a while til you find this reddit alternative. In my opinion Reddit should add a link to lemmy.world to all banned people. They need somewhere to go and no one guides them to lemmy.

I heard of people not finding a new place to be at all. It took my friend about seven months to find lemmy.world and he was alone all those months. This shouldn’t be a thing in this day and age.

Reddit should be fined for throwing people out of into homelessness without supporting them to find new shelter.

I am scared to do them cause I have no one who can look at me during it if I am doing them right and don’t want to break me.

I just want to lose weight and while losing weight I don’t want to lose too many muscles.

I tried fullbody workouts but I just had to do too many exercises in a single session. I like going to the gym a hour but don’t like hanging out there much longer, which is why I would like to do 4-6 exercises instead of full body.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday full body workout

  1. Lat pulldown cable machine (Lat, Back, Biceps)
  2. Seated rows cable machine (Back, Biceps)
  3. Benchpress OR Push ups (Chest/ Shoulders/ Triceps)
  4. Side Raises -> Shoulders/ Upper Back
  5. Leg press (Gluteal Muscles/ Hamstring)
  6. Leg Raises (Abs)
  7. Squats (with Dumbbells later) (a lot of leg muscles)

Would that be too much and am I missing something?

Tuesday and Thursday I’d do cardio.
