Quiz per elettrauto: se una batteria muore dopo pochi mesi di parcheggio senza accensione del veicolo, è un normale processo chimico di degrado oppure va indagata la presenza di qualche corrente spuria dell'autoradio o dell'impianto GPL che scarica la batteria anche a macchina spenta? La macchina la uso di rado, e dopo aver comprato una batteria nuova e assistito al suo degrado precoce ora la porto in casa e la carico ogn volta che devo andare in giro in auto, e non so se mi conviene cambiarla.

Secondo me c'è qualcosa che ciuccia corrente anche a contatto staccato.

Se non hai voglia di scollegare la batteria ogni volta che sai che non usi l'auto per qualche giorno puoi cercare uno staccabatteria.

    Just to settle silly discourses about Suez Canal expansion.

    The 35 km bypass (on a 193 km length) made in 2014-15, 147 meters wide and 24 deep, required the dredging of over 200 MILLIONS m³ of sand.

    An average home is less than 500 m³.

    So, if every person giving unrequired suggestions thinking to be smarter will take a shovel and start to dig, the expansion will be completed before Christmas 😄

    Quando vedi gente che:

    • apre firefox

    • scrive libero.it nella casella nella home page standard che manda su google

    • clicca libero it su google

    • aspetta che si carichino tutti i banner

    • clicca MAIL

    • aspetta si carichino altri banner

    • dice "la mail non mi è arrivata", chiude tutto (va già bene che non spegne il PC) e dopo 3 minuti ripete tutta la procedura

    allora ti viene da fare il tifo per l'asteroide.

    Ieri sera lavatrice inchiodata allora ho tenuto premuto il pulsante di accensione per 10 secondi, poi ho staccato la spina, aspettato un paio di minuti, riattaccato la spina e la lavatrice ha ripreso. Probabilmente un aggiornamento andato male, non aveva caricato il s.o. e si era fermata al boot. Per fortuna avevo fatto un backup a tutte le mutande

    Today I hit a brick wall in the work.

    I got the servo to quit singing when turned on by setting the secondary notch filter to 250Hz, which seemed close to the frequency I heard. So far so good. Bug...

    When I power everything up and turn the spindle, the servo starts to turn, and then trips its alarm and stops. It does this even if it is not physically connected to the lathe gearbox, so it doesn't seem like it could reasonably be complaining about it taking too much torque to turn.

    I guess I should go back to factory default settings and try again, but as far as I can tell I didn't change much. Steps/rev and the notch filter is I think all I changed.

    As far as I can tell, the servo doesn't say anything more than "an error occurred" by lighting a red LED and asserting a signal, so I have no idea what error it thinks it ran into.

    Before to cut metal you can print prototypes: after all this was the original goal of 3d-printing, to make rapid (and not too expensive) prototypes to be debugged for the production.

    A very good point!
    Even on my metal shaper I keep the belt a bit understretched, to allow it to slip if there is a block somewhere.
