Run the eos updater tool and it takes care of all of that for you. The broken mirrors isnt an actual issue either since there’s redundant mirrors on the mirror list I believe

New distros have all this built in. Just use endeavouros or something if u really want the good stuff

Endeavouros worked out of the box though, so for new users I’d recommend it over arch. It even worked with my Nvidia prime gpu

I have an nvidia shield (android TV) and it had 3/4 of my screen dedicated to ads. I was able to swap my launcher, but still frustrating

I wouldn’t put android TV. Kodi has plex and jellyfin addon and definitely won’t have ads ever, or if it does it’ll quickly be forked

I generally agree except I think Bidens secretary of treasury screwed the pooch by not borrowing more longer term debt at low interest rates. So now we’re paying 1T per year in interest.
