In my experience it takes week or two to get therapist appointment via workplace private health care meme. So needing someone fluent in English sure sounds like a factor.
The wait times for psychiatrist are absolutely fucked, granted you wanna see the same person again. I've had to wait months for those. The the appointment is " yeah don't drink lmao, try these meds. Bye"
@jonossaseuraava@daya yeah that’s thing I already opened up so much towards this therapist and She’s nice so it’s not possible for me to change. But she only work on Thursdays can you believe it. The situation is pushing me either towards church or substance abuse help community (i don’t have substance abuse just stress)
