One key point I missed was that ANZ is currently offering $500 Cash Back on New Home Insurance Policies, which brings the difference between Rothsbury and them to just under $1,000 - Talking quite a difference now.

Yeah that was sort of our plan as well. Especially for the Home Insurance, we only envision using it if we have major problems, so (touchwood) we won’t be claiming too often.

Yeah, and peoples opinions of either a broker or provider are obviously tied down to their personal experiences, and I see a lot of wildly different opinions for most of the providers/brokers.

I’m assuming your policy is with the provider themselves? Any plans to move to a broker when you do change?, or are you happy to stay direct.

Yeah I did here that AA were pretty good to deal with come claims time.

Though with the slight difference in cost, but mainly due to ANZ’s $500 Cash back offering at the moment, thinking of possibly going with ANZ for a year, with the thoughts of changing in a years time - possibly to AA

Me and my partner love having plants indoors but we get infested with gnats. We’ve tried hydrogen peroxide, and the yellow insect stickies and drying the soil out but nothing seems to work.

Any tips?

Do you think the perlite has helped? Thought about doing this to all our pots.

For some reason, I’m finding that quite a lot of them aren’t ending up on the stickies. Maybe there’s a trick to placing them just right? ¯*(ツ)*/¯

Yeah, it’s just like people and Diet Coke.

I’ve always been on the side of, surely there’s got to be something damning that comes out about them, and it seems that they believe some of the ingredients could be potential carcinogens?
