I love silver but Pandora came into style when we were flat broke. I have the beautiful silver snake chain bracelet one can now buy $50 cheaper on Amazon 🤦🏼‍♀️.
I have some cheap charms.

Wear it, wear everything you can every time you can.

Don’t save it for special occasions.
YOU are special occasion enough.

Well, there.

Pandora bracelet all polished.

I like jewelry.

From a blown glass or rose quartz heart on a leather thong necklace, to a large, flashy sapphire cocktail ring, I like my jewelry.

I save money & when I find it, I buy it.

All of that to say I used to wear a lot of rings Teen son said, you’re going to be “an old lady with all of those rings.”

So I immediately dropped to 3, at most.

Now I’m layering silver bracelets.
Only one bangle.

Can’t wait to hear it from him at 36.

It probably would have been better if I had waited until after I polished my somewhat dull Pandora Silver bracelet to put it on, huh?

I kept waiting for my son to help me and I finally said, fork it, I can do it myself, (why do I hear a two year old?) and put it on.

I had put the purple clown glass beads on it, clown? blown, glass beads on it and just could not WAIT to wear it.

Now I have to take it off.

It’s been a wonderful day.

After puttering and resting yesterday, today I was productive.

All of the laundry is done, the sink is almost empty, dishwasher has been run, and my kitchen table is closer to being ready to do crafts on. The inside and outside plants have been tended to.
My son helped me put a cheap “clip on” plant light over the sansiverias because they just stopped doing everything when they lost their light.

I really like some surprises.
I don’t like them at all, as a general rule.

Sometimes I get lucky.

I received an email from Family Search concerning my relatives listed in “find a grave.”

I really hadn’t done much there.

Found 6th great grandparents buried in hometown. Never knew that!

Found 5th great grandpa McCallum from Scotland.

For an adoptee, this is a goal mine.

I’ve had identity issues my entire life. If this is a way to help? So be it.

I think I lost my good morning post.

It’s almost 1 and I’ve yet to do many things but everything important has been attended to.
Pets and coffee.
Uhh, meds next.

It’s a beautiful day.
I get to stay home and rest and maybe get some crafting done.
If not today, then tomorrow.

Those are my weekend plans.

Our kids bought us a beautiful bouquet for our 37th anniversary.

I finally brought it home tonight.

Two kinds of lilys, three kinds of roses, with some carnations.

So, so pretty.

We have enjoyed it very much at the SNF. I thought I’d bring it home, change the water, and fix it up.

Home again, home at last.
Caught in a brief thunderstorm.

I’m a little damp but that’s it.

I was so tired at the nursing facility that I was yawning almost constantly.

I laid down next to Al and rested for nearly an hour. No actual sleep but the yawns finally stopped.

Two free days. Whatever will I do with myself?

For the record:
The fastest I’ve ever knowingly traveled on the ground was 168mph/270kph.
I was in a red 1968 Road Runner with a 383 engine. I was in the backseat passenger’s side, swearing the car was going to shake itself apart.

I know this because my then boyfriend, soon husband bought it.

I loved that car.

I was one unhappy wife when he blew up the 340 in the ‘Cuda and replaced it with the 383.
