Study reveals "widespread, bipartisan aversion" to neighbors owning AR-15 rifles (www.psypost.org)

A recent study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences reveals that across all political and social groups in the United States, there is a strong preference against living near AR-15 rifle owners and neighbors who store guns outside of locked safes. This surprising consensus suggests that when it comes...

StaySquared,

So how about all those handgun owners that actually commit crimes? Like Chicago? AR-15s and other rifles are less likely to be used in a crime vs handguns. And how exactly does anyone know how another person stores their firearms in their homes? Pretty sure none of my neighbors in the past two decades have a clue as to what firearms I own, much less where my firearms are stored.

lol… this is just outright silly.

StaySquared,

Probably because it’s black and we all know how Liberals have preconceptions of Blacks. Like for example, voter IDs would suppress Black voters because they’re too poor or stupid to own ID.

StaySquared,

You know chit don’t seem right when your groceries alone, not even including fast food / restaurant dining, is about the same if not more than your mortgage payment.

Now that AI tech is going full swing in implementation across multiple industries in the U.S., prepare for stagflation.

Historically, stagflation occurs when high unemployment, slow economic growth and high inflation all happen at the same time. Powell compared today’s economy, with both inflation rates and the unemployment rate below 4%, to that of the 1970s, the decade when most economists consider stagflation to have taken root. StaySquared,

No, just over $1100 for the month. This of course includes, ever so often things like cleaning supplies, and toiletries.

StaySquared,

Isn’t it interesting? We have the technology to make clouds appear and start raining between seeding and that cool cloud making technology that NASA has. Yet we refuse to use it in states where droughts exists for example. Why not use it when we a heatwave coming? Clouding the skies would help lower the temps.

StaySquared,

Isn’t fluoride in drinking water illegal in quite a few countries?

Anyway, I intentionally bought a home with a well and will be outfitting the home with a reverse osmosis system that also re-mineralizes the filtered water.

Fluoride is the least of my worries… all the byproducts that are in the water drinking supply (from city controlled water) is wild. Endocrine disruptors? No thanks, brah. Also don’t forget plastic bottled water is also a big no no. But that’s my opinion for my health.

StaySquared,

Soon as I get low voltage wiring completed in my home, I’m going back to being a pirate, matey.

StaySquared,

Yep!

StaySquared,

Wait… if you were building a home with this lumber, at least parts of it, wouldn’t this technically hurt the integrity, or better yet, be less structurally sound? Or am I a dumb dumb?

StaySquared,

Oh good… Yeah, I’m ignorant in home construction.

StaySquared,

But both Dems and Reps are heavily invested in oil… including other raw materials for example materials for EVs.

Also, I could be mistaken (I’m honestly not heavily invested in the whole “green” initiative beyond recycling - apparently that’s a scam too), but isn’t the entire process from A-Z in building an EV far more negatively impactful to the environment and humanity (child slavery apparently)?
