Through Melatonin
I got it down from
Big to Medium.
Then was able to
get rid of it via:
5-Hours Sleep
Double Melatonin

(though none
specifically for
headaches).
[I take Zero
unhealthy
Medicines
even
never aspirin.]
Though am Definitely
in No condition for my
target 18-Hour Day.

Monday I had

Sunday Night Sleep
I got Only 2 Hours!

when Less than 5
then I don't feel good
Thankfully I felt fine

late afternoon and ate

I had a big headache
So I Had to go to sleep.

yet am making up for it
