I second this. Works almost flawlessly out of the box (I had to install another version of the Nvidia driver from the pop shop because my 3080 didn’t like the 470 version but other than that I had no issues, except with some games that require a kernel level anticheat)
TL;DR: Antec is going to be selling a Steam Deck competitive device, based on the Ayaneo Slide. The device has a slide up screen that reveals a keyboard, which is good because using desktop windows is much easier with a keyboard. However the device’s lowest estimated power draw at low/no load is 15w, meaning it will use...
If you’re implying that there is some element here that justifies dragging the guy out back and beating him senseless after he was caught, by all means, elaborate
Or all the backpacks that will supposedly last your entire life. The companies that actually mean it have them under warranty for several decades though (or even until the actual end of your life but it requires some form of registration)
Wait, people are losing their shit over the historical accuracy of Assassin’s Creed ? Did they miss the part where the entire franchise revolves around some DNA magic, or the “apples of Eden” stuff ? Or whoever Borgia pope with literal magical powers we fought in AC2 ?
AC has always been about (somewhat loose) historical accuracy of the setting, ie, places, buildings, culture, etc. They take tons of liberties with characters and “realism”
I mean, don’t get me wrong, humanity is definitely to blame for this, but I really doubt a domesticated sheep has the same life expectancy in the wild as a mouflon
I’d argue all the humans left when artstation became big. All my artists friends used to upload their (non porn) work to deviantart before artstation was popular. But banning the porn was the first nail in the coffin for sure.
The UI looks more “slick”, and it is censored, so your portfolio or whatever you want to showcase isn’t displayed alongside some MLP porn or pregnant Sonic comics. Which doesn’t mean there isn’t tons of “artistic nudity” on the site though, last time I checked.
I’m not an artist myself but I know the artists in my industry (videogames) love to use it
As far as I know they’re all bad in one way or another. Gigabyte allegedly has decent support, but from my anecdotal evidence you’re also more likely to need it. I’ve always bought Asus mobos and never had an issue with them. But I know it will not be a fun experience when it eventually happens.
I stick to their high or middle end products though, imo their budget stuff is unreliable af (and the high end is bloated with useless features to inflate prices. But sometimes you can get a good deal on them).
Fair enough. But I’m mostly into dark chocolate bars. I’d rather satisfy my urges for milky, high-sugar chocolatey goodness with stuff like Kinder products.
To me, luxury chocolate is stuff like Bonnat “surfin” bars which cost, at their cheapest, more than 3 times the price per gram of Lindt’s bars (6€ for a 100g bar vs 1.70€ for a 100g Lindt bar). They taste amazing though, and their only ingredients are cocoa and sugar. But I’d probably go bankrupt if I bought them for regular consumption
Premium, I definitely agree. But luxury is pushing it imo, given the prices and ingredients used. Imo luxury chocolate is either artisanal and/or has extremely high quality standards (e.g having as little stuff that is not pure cocoa and sugar as possible in its ingredients), and thus even more expensive than Lindt.
As I already said in another comment, this is a eurocentric point of view. When I lived in Canada I didn’t buy Lindt because they were almost twice as expensive as what I was used to.
Which is probably why I have a soft spot both for the “lost technologies” scifi trope, and fantasy universes where magic is studied just like any other science
