Historically, anarchists have been very good at organizing effective and well motivated armies. Usually with democratically elected officers. Look up the Black Army of Makhno, CNT-FAI, EZLN and YPG, these are all good examples of anarchist (or anarchist-adjacent) armies.
Robotics are not that great at fighting against insurgencies. Just like most technology, it usually isn’t enough to destroy movements that are popular among the wider population. Look at the Afghanistan war for example.

Guerrillas and militias have been very effective at combatting powerful empires throughout history because they have the backing of the populace and can hide and resupply with ease, unlike invading forces.

The video is amazing. He was actually trying to show to the assembly “what they were doing” to the UN charter.
Instead he created a golden moment of cringe comedy where he is the one putting the charter into a tiny shredder, and declaring “you make me sick” like a petulent child with the diminutive machine’s whirring in the background.
Especially compared to the Palestinian speech he made himself look like a total clown.
The cruelty is absolutely the point here. They want to ethnicly cleanse them, whichever way is quickest before the international community actually does anything about it.
Anarchism is against hierarchy and for horizontal organization. Not disorder. In the comic these are anarchists (they are punk rock representations of 1800s anarchist philosophers Bakunin, Kropotkin and Proudhon) and they are acting according to the principles of anarchism, as anarchists do irl.
“Governing over something” is not the core of the issue that anarchism is against. It’s hierarchy. You can have a horizontally, democratically organized collective “govern over”, or in other words manage something. They will just do it through collective decision making with no rulers or subordinates.
