Ich seh auf Twitter und hier in der TL gefühlt drölfzig verschiedene Takes zum #Elterngeld. Und gefühlt jeder einzelne davon pickt sich lediglich EINEN Aspekt heraus und urteilt dann auf die Gesamtheit.

Ist das alles, was wir politisch noch draufhaben?

I'm often thinking about what I could do, to have an impact towards a better, more just and sustainable world, and feel the need to take action in certain sectors.
But I can't help but notice, that I might have to do the things, that makes life for others harder before I can start doing it the way I want to see more.

Example: In order to better in the real estate sector, I'll have to become a landlord first.

Barb Part done. It's a colorful fever dream and hilarious how they just ran with the premise and the "playing pretend"-logic. Not sure if children will really get it the social commentary bc it doesn't really explain it. But it's fine.

Meine große Hoffnung ist ja, dass wir als Gesellschaft so langsam mal merken, dass Politik kein Konsumprodukt ist, das man sich alle vier Jahre neu aussucht und einfach wechselt, wenn etwas doch nicht ganz passt. "Protest"wahlen sind Ausdruck dieser Mentalität: Liebesentzug als Druckmittel. Politik als Wegwerfartikel.

Dank erneutem Speichenbruch heute mit dem Zug in Köln: Neues Hinterrad besorgen und dann zur Vorlesung.

Ich hab die Ringe irgendwie voller in Erinnerung. Scheint als würden die Maßnahmen der letzten Jahre hier greifen. (Ausweichverhalten mal ausgeklammert, da ich das nicht einschätzen kann).

Kollegen haben ein kleinen Taubennestling gefunden.
Problem 1: In dem Stadium hätte es in der Nähe des Fundortes bessere Überlebenschancen.
Problem 2: Der Fundort ist ein Bereich, in dem sich keine Tiere aufhalten sollen.

Du bist aufgrund der vielen Krisen Mitte der 20er in die Arbeitslosigkeit gerutscht, und aufgrund deines Alters stehen deine Chancen eher schlecht.
Einkaufen kannst du nur noch mit der staatlichen #Bezahlkarte.
Der beinahe gesamte Gebrauchtwarenhsndel unterstützt keine Bezahlkarten, zu hoch sind die Gebühren, die der Dienstleister erheben darf. Der private Händler auf dem Flohmarkt in der Nähe kann nichts mit den Plastikdingern anfangen.

Did a bike tour with a friend today and we stumbled over basically germany's worst implementation of a bike lane on the "Kosterbrücke" between Hattingen und Bochum.

The lane on the street ramp we used towards it already was incredibly careless (unprotected lane, that basically was a bumper zone for trucks) but the real deal felt like biking illegally on the shoulder of a friggin' highway.

Eine der größten Probleme, die ich in unserer Debattenkultur sehe, ist die Unfähigkeit zur Abgrenzung (kämpfe ich leider auch oft genug mit).

Viel zu viele Leute mischen sich in Dinge ein, die sie schlicht nichts angehen.

Was geht mich an, wie irgendein Kindergarten ihre Arbeit mit ihren Kindern gesteltet? Das ist Sache der KiTa und der Eltern der betreuten Kinder!
Hier geht es nicht um Ausgrenzung oder Rassismus, oder politische Verfolgung sondern um einen fucking Baum.

Just played a run of "A highland song". I shouldn't have, but I did anyway.

This game is just beautiful. There's no other way to put it.
It's also scottish through and through: Lots of scottish folklore, you just want to dive in, scottish charme, a beautiful soundtrack with scottish folk music that accompanies the whole experience.

Another stellar indie gem that somehow has climbing mountains as a major theme.

Will definitely try another run when I get the time to do it.

Lol. A dude on mastodon.social (of all places) was trying to tell me how federation is bad, because you don't give others explicit permission to use your posts, except when it's within the fediverse.

Sorry for that snark. I just feel annoyed, when people act reactionary, no matter if they are actually right or not. It has too much of a "shoot first, ask questions later" mentality.

Darf ich es seltsam finden, wenn am Weltfrauentag in den Radionachrichten über eine Umfrage berichtet wird, laut der sich die Hälfte aller Männer benachteiligt fühlen?
Edit: Die Studie ist anscheinend umfassender, aber von einem Markt-/Meinungsforschungsinstitut... und die Ergebnisse sind entsprechend für maximale PR-performance aufbereitet.
