Lustig, diese Leute, für die etwas erst dann ein Problem ist, wenn es sie "plötzlich" selbst betrifft.
Mit allen anderen kann man machen was man will, sogar Dinge, die man mit sich selbst niemals machen lassen würde.

I expanded the list of blocked instances a bit by importing a blocklist that catches at least the worst of the worst.

This was much easier than collecting and applying manually.

Darf ich es seltsam finden, wenn am Weltfrauentag in den Radionachrichten über eine Umfrage berichtet wird, laut der sich die Hälfte aller Männer benachteiligt fühlen?
Edit: Die Studie ist anscheinend umfassender, aber von einem Markt-/Meinungsforschungsinstitut... und die Ergebnisse sind entsprechend für maximale PR-performance aufbereitet.

The Talos Principle 2 is done now.
This game is a treat to play and such a huge improvement to the first part in almost every aspect. I really don't know where to start.

In gameplay and graphics alone the madlads at croteam cranked their creativity up to eleven. The setpieces are gorgeous impressive environments in which they've placed the puzzles in a beautiful blend of nature and brutalist architecture, that would make avantgarde architects turn green with envy.

Mal was Positives: Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass die #Inflations rate bereits wieder bei unter 3,0% liegt.
Als 2022 einzelne Preise zum Höhenflug ansetzten hatte ich aus dem Bauch heraus erwartet, dass wir jetzt noch zwischen 5 bis 6% liegen werden.
Die tarifliche Lohnerhöhung in meinem Betrieb ist jetzt bereits wieder höher.

I have weird feeling about tomorrow.
There was sudden invitation to all colleagues for an announcement, and I have some suspicions what it will be: Most of the possibilities are neutral, two of them might put me under pressure to make decisions for my future a bit sooner, though.

#fediblockmeta I only have a limited view into the discussions regarding that bridge to bluesky, but I already have seen one post calling to block not just the bridge, but also the instance/wordpress blog of its creator.

Is there any good reason to do so, except wanting to punish the creator(s) over a service, that seemingly can be blocked like any other instance (assuming, I can trust them on this).

Lol. A dude on mastodon.social (of all places) was trying to tell me how federation is bad, because you don't give others explicit permission to use your posts, except when it's within the fediverse.

Sorry for that snark. I just feel annoyed, when people act reactionary, no matter if they are actually right or not. It has too much of a "shoot first, ask questions later" mentality.
