What if I told you that Judge Wallace purposefully decided the case the way she did so that the Colorado Supreme Court would review it?

Findings of fact are rarely disturbed. Findings of law are where reversible error typically occur. This begs the question as to why. It’s not rocket science. Clearly DJT was an officer of the USA. Clearly he swore to defend the Constitution.

Wallace knew this. Now she’s off the hook for the decision to keep DJT off the ballot and the only recourse is SCOTUS.
