Seeing End of Eva in theaters def makes you notice a lot more sound design and framing decisions and makes you appreciate it a lot more after only ever seeing it on a home TV or computer screen..

Latest wave of GPUs have been super stingy with their PCIE lanes for some reason. Lots of x8-lanes and not a lot of VRAM and all of them >260mm 😖Unless you get their top-of-the-line variants you're always compromising somewhere.
I got space in my dev server for a new 10in or less GPU and I'm tryin to find something power-efficient at idle and future-facing so it's *somewhat *representative of gpu hardware for the next few years.(ray tracing, mesh shading, bindless, etc)

I wish mGPU was still a thing. Particularly for non-game usage like production software and such.
None of the Mesa drivers even support creating device-groups in Vulkan or peer-memory transfers or anything like that. Being able to explicitly schedule work across multiple GPUs sounds so useful.
