Whats the point or motive? Doesn’t make sense to kill your consumer base from a business standpoint. Maybe they’re just dumb and trying this as a cheap filler or something, and the results are “oops, oh well”?
Just saw this as well. The good thing is at least it’s being reported on, and importantly not in a negative mocking way. I like Tim’s reasonable responses as well. When he’s asked his opinion on what they are, his first response is we simply don’t know, then speculates the obvious possibilities.
It’s a fucking shihtzu, which are tiny. And this ones blind and deaf. Holy shit do we need drastic and violent police reform. Like fire 90% and completely retrain from the ground up. Not gonna happen though obviously.
The cops responsible should be forced to give every penny they have to their name. Cash, property, investments, 401k, the clothes on their fucking back. Then they can go work in those prison chain gangs for 8 dollars a day picking up trash on the streets to pay off the remaining debt. Unironically.
Isn’t a bigger problem his base and supporters? They’re the ones giving him this power. Yes, we definitely want to make sure trump loses, but his supporters aren’t going anywhere. They’ll just support the next trump like person, who could be even worse.
Yeah I’m also glad Nell was Grusch’s replacement. The fact that these guys are/were really high up, clean slate, no bullshitters really hits hard. And how they say everything so “matter of fact”.
This really feels like the slow/soft disclosure. The Schumer amendment, and importantly the portion that was gutted, is all a big part of it. How can people deny it now? Yes, we all want to see the “cool stuff” and really hard evidence, I get it. But I feel like the default position should be essentially what Nell said, that the gov’t has pretty much admitted to it. If debunkers want to say it’s all a conspiracy theory or scam, I feel like they need to provide some convincing evidence. I don’t think im asking to prove a negative given everything we have at this point.
I’m still bitter about that amendment. Would love to be a “fly on the wall” in regards to the House Republicans that were responsible for the block. Were they payed out without being informed of why, or are they clued in? I could see them just taking money and being told just to block it, and what specifics to remove. We may never know. If we get full disclosure, it might not matter and be forgotten. I’d still like some accountability though, lol.
We are, in reality, dealing with a much larger issue.
Care to articulate how you’d describe it?
Much more than just capitalism, right? Like that, plus our entire culture, generations of propaganda and indoctrination. All of our power structures, political, financial, military, media, education.
Everything. Much larger issue is an understatement. How do we fix it?
Yep, agree to agree here. I just thought the gameplay improvements in eternal were fun. But I agree the way you put it, kind of a departure from what doom should be.
Or our businesses don’t want this type of competition? An affordable and reliable sub 10k EV? This would hurt our businesses and billionaire class, no?
If I needed a new car, and had a 10k EV as an option, it’d be my first choice to look into.
Yeah I mostly agree with you. Except there was plot and lore in 2016, it was just minimalist as you said, but more importantly it was executed really well. It had the “doom” feel. In addition to awesome gameplay and soundtrack.
Eternal was great for the gameplay, and even an improvement in some ways. The lore and plot was ridiculous though. Way overdone, didn’t feel like doom.
I say go back to 2016 style with the gameplay improvements of eternal.
