@bortzmeyer Si je prends bien le terme "légitime" dans l'acceptation "reconnu conforme au droit" que tu utilises dans ton billet, tu réponds parfaitement à cette question en expliquant que "ça dépend". En fait, si l'IA recrache un texte tel quel sans respecter la licence, la réponse est "illégitime". D'un autre côté, si les lois n'ont pas prévu ce cas de figure, les discussions sont ouvertes jusqu'à ce qu'un texte (au moins au niveau national) pose le droit, et définisse ce qui est légitime.

J’ai migré la moitié de mes domaines de Gandi vers bookmyname (mentionné par @LaurentChemla )
En quelques heures, c’était plié, sans aucun problème.
Une recommandation : bien noter avant transfert tous les paramètres dans un coin (DNS, renvoi d’émail, redirection web, etc.) puisque tout disparaît côté Gandi.
J’attends encore une semaine, et je lance le gros chantier de l’autre moitié.
