the Israeli military has systematically attacked (a) Palestinian universities and schools, (b) university presidents, deans, professors, and students, and schoolteachers and schoolchildren. as a north american based academic from the south pacific and global north, i cannot stand by and let this pass without speaking out against it with my full chest. also: shame on the US and Germany for providing most of their armaments.

@nyquildotorg as an autistic person, i sympathize with others who accidentally take April Fools pranks literally. given the surge of fascism worldwide, it's hard to have any stomach for news pranks any more
