I'm trying to edit the code from a Unity project with Visual Studio Code and I'm not getting any of the "IDE features", like, no mouseover type popups, no autocomplete, no "Go to definition". If I look in my plugins I have "C#", "C# Dev Kit", "Intellicode for C# Dev Kit", and "Unity". This is the VSCode project created by Unity when you double-click an error in Console, there's a .sln file listed in file explorer and all. But VSCode is acting like it has no IDE capabilities. What could be wrong?

I fixed it on my end by uninstalling Unity.

The problem with udm14* is that Google Calculator is legitimately one of my favorite pieces of software (the natural language unit conversion is so good), and I expect udm14 is going to kill Google Calculator because that's the point

Maybe I should just make my own js calculator with builtin unit conversion.

@mcc have you tried out Qualculate? It's got a little bit of natural language with the "to" keyword and (optionally) writing the full names of units, and can do a ton on unit conversions: "2(3min + 30s) to hours"
It's become my go-to for any quick math, either from the terminal via qalc or with a GUI client. Really missing an Android app for it, but https://qalculator.xyz/ can stand in for now.

Yess we're getting native tab groups in ! Really the only feature I regularly missed from Chrome; my tabs become a mess on FF whenever I dive into a new rabbit hole.

I always name my phone hotspot and Bluetooth something silly like "Mat's GameBoy Advance" or "Mat's Wii Mini" in hopes to give someone else in the building a laugh.

@TodePond oh cool! I live on the outskirts of Lille now, really love the city. C'est vrai qu'en France, on ne parle pas beaucoup Anglais. J'étudie en Belgique et cela m'avait choqué que tout le monde pouvait parler Anglais si près de France.

Mais, être forcé à parler une langue tous les jours est la meilleure manière de l'apprendre! Speaking multiple languages (even a bit) is soo helpful in day to day life, I consider myself very lucky to have grown up with that.
