I am so so proud of my album “Love and Painkillers”, and as proud of the fact that I actually finished it, and released it. The amount of work that has gone into it is - I think - justified by the end result.

Dear Lazyweb, I can’t find that semi-famous story of some diva artist (I seem to remember it being Beyonce, but that could be wrong) being such a pain to the producer and engineer when mixing their music, that they installed a special “ambience” knob (or something) that they could tweak which would affect the sound in some way. In reality, of course, it wasn’t connected to anything and did nothing but soothe their ego.
