@mrcompletely that got me really into the playoffs. I tried to place a bet on Nuggets to win it all at 8:1 during opening of Lakers series while in Vegas but I couldn’t as game 1 was live. Now I think I’m rooting for T-Wolves

@aburtch I left with the feeling that 1 sphere show is enough for future runs. You’ll make it happen. It’s sort of Super Bowl Phish considering the ticket scene, but also the visual and production is a lot to digest and I’ll be good with 1 shows worth of that neurological input for future runs. Then next nt be will be a luxury dinner and nt on the town with friends laughing

Spent all morning figuring out if I have peacock to watch the second game Dolphins Chiefs I pay for you tube tv and at least 5 other streaming services and I believe the answer is no. I could go out to a sports bar / restaurant to take my stand but that would cost me more than just buying it > calendar event to cancel. on at same time is the consultation prize if I don’t buy it. tough game in Milwaukee tonite, back to back road games. could get ugly

I question their ceiling due to songwriting and vocals that come up short, but there is no doubt these guys can play. And while not great, their vocals are still better than most pure jambands.

For now, it seems like they are destined for more growth and excitement , so we’re firm on the buy rating.

@chopaganda hard asset to sell as many feel stuck since they purchased this security without consulting their finance manager aka wife. Smart money used their burner E*Trade to circumvent the embarrassment. Holders of this asset class need to be prepared for volatility and it’s not for everybody.

Golden State has put together a really nice rotation without Draymond, and they're playing loose, with joy. It's time to move on I think, and move him for whatever they can get. No hurry, but I think they're better without him (no matter the outcome of this game). Kuminga coming on, Wiggins playing a bit better, Podziemski giving them reliable high energy minutes, it's a fun team to watch again

@mrcompletely I agree and well said. I’m loving Podziemski. It’s just so hard to give up on Draymond (not unlike an abusive relationship) with his D & will to win and be physical in the playoffs. Steph is in a late career peak, that could last a couple years still, and the biggest questions are - if they break up the core 3 HOF’ers - is there time to get the chemistry right and win a Championship? Or is the best chance with the core team still?

Went back to the drawing board. Ordered a set of Cleer Audio Enduro ANCs. They are tuned so well, and I prefer the sound vs the Sennheisers.

BUT, the headband barely fits my giant 7 3/4 melon head. Saw Shure AONIC 40s on sale for $99 (regular $199). Sound, comfort, and build blows away everything else in this thread.

@chopaganda I know you’ve been talking about earbud style but sharing these - PSB - over ear noise canceling, the best BT pair I’ve ever owned.
@mrcompletely turned me onto to PSB in 2015 i believe and I have a pair of wired ones (different model) that are 8 years old and still sound and function perfectly also.

@chopaganda @mrcompletely I have big head too (end of fitted cap 🧢 rack)… the BT pair is a bit stiffer than the wired pair but will be broken in eventually as these are built to last. They fold down and the travel case protects them and can hold an eye mask, wire adapters and any in flight meds u may need ;)

Couch touring by my pool is epic, only thing is the east coast show time difference doesn’t have it dark enough for my inflatable large screen / projector. Dicks will be prime for that. Last nt watching with jaded 80’s Deadheads who don’t like song writing was absolute perfection. Acid test jams out of ER and Soul Planet were apropos.

Well, that was just an abysmal performance in the second half by the kings and some nice ball by the warriors. Steph remains legendary. Both the warriors and Lakers seem to be getting stronger as the playoffs go on.

I like this Kings team a lot in the medium term. It's normal for young teams to get their ass handed to them once or twice in the playoffs on their way up. Hopefully this is just the first of many runs for them.

@mrcompletely ya he didn’t even come out hot but it was apparent he was going to continue to shoot the rock repeatedly no matter what. Somewhere towards the end of 3Qrt Steph went into slow motion insane mode and was dishing the pain out as such that double and triple teams weren’t even effective or a thing if that makes any sense. I thought Mike Brown did everything he could. And hey i didn’t miss that WWFoster comment 😂

@mrcompletely @Stoneycase Poole was perfect on paper to match up against the Kings and be a youthful runner and shooter but his Defensive skill set was exposed and he turned into a borderline liability this series.
