cayde6ml,

And I’d rather a sanctioned country have nuclear weapons always available rather than be a sitting duck.

cayde6ml,

You can’t be this willfully ignorant and naive

cayde6ml,

The DPRK having nuclear weapons is unarguably the reason they haven’t been attacked yet. That and China’s help, of course, but with how often U.S. politicians have suggested nuking the DPRK, I can’t not take them at their word.

That’s a fair point and I didn’t mean to be too dickish. I think Cuba is the exception to the rule though.

cayde6ml,

I don’t think nuclear weapons are the only reason, just a primary one.

The U.S. would sacrifice Seoul in a milisecond if it meant permanently destroying the DPRK.

It’s still better to have nuclear weapons than not have them, in a majority of cases, if it makes sense and if you have the funds to get them.

cayde6ml,

I think that the DPRK’s military acts as a deterrent as well, probably more than anyone expects. And while I take the U.S. projections relating to military-related shit with a mountain of salt, I’m not sure the DPRK’s military could “win” against the U.S. military, given the significant funding, material and technological advantages.

Though I am aware that the DPRK’s military wouldn’t be helpless, and the U.S. would suffer massive casualties.

This but unironically

cayde6ml,

I see your points but I’m not sure that Republicans would have the power to do that.

cayde6ml,

A death threat from a neoliberal, how unsurprising. Scratch a neoliberal, and a fascist bleeds.

I can now respond in return that I look forward to when the racist crakkker ass neoliberal western imperial order collapses under the weight of it’s fascist projecting contradictions, and that you enjoy being game-overed by a combination of white supremacist violence, war, disease, or suffering for 50 years as your country’s air becomes even shittier, and your lungs black from all the smoke, pollution, toxins, while you beg your bosses for a day off work.

Meanwhile, the East and Global South will rise up in revolt and begin laying the groundwork for establishing socialism. China will enjoy vastly improved living standards and technological progress, and clean air and fresh food and water, as it becomes a luxury in the west. And Chinese people will embrace further deepening socialism and actual democracy rather than capitalist dog and pony shows. I hope your last goddamn breath is you blaming China for not bowing down to your capitalist delusions.

cayde6ml,

Oh my bad, I apologize vehemently. I thought your first comment was calling me a fascist. I didn’t see that you were responding to parapol. I feel like shit now. I thought you were on the neoliberal’s side, I’m so sorry. I feel awkward now.

cayde6ml,

Don’t blame yourself, I feel horrible. Like I almost made you cry, and damn I feel so guilty. When I saw your comment, I thought you were accusing me of using neoliberalism to cloak racism.

cayde6ml,

Obligatory “Shut the fuck up Crakkker”

cayde6ml,

Its not over until Chris Christie starts singing.

cayde6ml,

This just in: China cooperating with other asian countries to set up defensive positions and listening outposts in the South CHINA Sea is somehow a bad thing.

cayde6ml,

China isn’t claiming territory that’s not theirs, it multiple times offered to jointly build defensive fortifications with other neighboring countries to safeguard against invasion. Yet when they said no, they had the gall to throw a fit that China built some to protect itself.

treats all the island countries with disdain, while building artificial islands close to their shores.>>

Good thing that all the fortifications that China builds are within it’s internal waters or act as safeguards and watch posts for nearby countries.

Keep up the slander.

cayde6ml,

Black Rock also unfortunately invests in China, so I caution against… I don’t know what for once.

cayde6ml,

I think the bottom picture on the right is concept art from Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst. One of my favorite games ever.

cayde6ml,

China’s youth, even when faced with some of the difficulties and challenges in China, are still way more motivated and reasonable and directed than most Americans. This fever-dream and delusional cover story from Time is like Olympus Mons saying the Empire State Building is too tall.
