cellardoor,

Only Server side and Web Client you get loaded up when you browse from PC

cellardoor,

Yes it’s a really enjoyable game with unlimited variation and possibility. It pretty much handles anything you want to do too… Don’t like one of the characters in your last playthrough? Yeet them off a cliff when you meet them on the next playthrough and the game, characters and dialogue all manage to account for it. Insanely well made in that regard alone.

cellardoor,

Actually insane fortitude when you think about it

cellardoor,

Ignore the other comments here. These couch experts don’t know what they’re about.

A VPN hides your traffic from your ISP/network operator. This includes the domain you request (test.website.com) as well as the resource (/hello/123.html)

IF

you also set your DNS server to something other than your ISP or VPN Provider (such as Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 service). Otherwise your ISP will see you are looking up that website.

BECAUSE

the website hopefully uses HTTPS, and the request to that website is end-to-end encrypted, including the resources you’re requesting from the server.

cellardoor,

Mikrotik or Ubiquiti all the way! Don’t touch Cisco.

cellardoor,

Thank you for that, wish this would stop popping up everywhere.

cellardoor,

Very new to all of this… But where would I start with replicating something like this. I’m fine with a soldering iron, but where do I get the kit to begin with?

cellardoor,

Thank you very much for the useful reply!

cellardoor,

As with a lot of shows, first season is a bit meh but worldbuilding. It gets good!

cellardoor,

I have a Dell XPS, very compatible and essentially had no issues. Sleek laptops too, good for being on the road.

cellardoor,

I’m playing it at the mo on the recommendations of friends. As some comments here say, the quest system is a bit goofy, but I’m enjoying it. It has the same ‘go here do this’ and collectibles vibe as the recent Spider Man from Sony. I’m fine with that! Lots of puzzles, maps, treasure hunts, collectibles and so forth.

cellardoor,

Hi everyone, the image shows the server software version. This is a default behaviour in NGINX which is considered an insecure configuration. It helps attackers match up attacks to your specific version of NGINX easily.

If you run NGINX, make sure to set server_tokens off; !!

Poor video playback quality on Kodi (szmer.info)

I recently started using Kodi for my linux distro collection, but some videos look terrible in comparison to when played in VLC. See attached picture with screengrabs from VLC and Kodi of the same frame in an MKV 1080p h.265 file. What could be the issue? I didn’t change any video settings in either

Aprilia af1 125 (sh.itjust.works)

So my buddy is selling this, it’s been sitting 20 years, engine turns over, been stored dry, but plenty of corrosion. Six thousand km on the clock and it’s probably true. Tell me I don’t want a finicky 250 bhp/ltr explosive powerband impractical smells great does something funny in my pants purple two stroke. I am...

cellardoor,

If it’s fun to tinker with, you’ve got the skills, and it’s for a ludicrously good price, go for it. Otherwise, don’t take up garage space you could fill with bigger bikes. Maybe make it a farm, track or ‘learner’ bike for your friends.

cellardoor,

My friend, look into Grayjay, SponsorBlock, Firefox and UBlock

cellardoor,

If you ever need an easy one to test for E2E IPv6 connectivity then 2600:: works too. Useful to remember.
