Yes! I did it with a few American friends when I was in Paris.
The Christmas letter would probably be typed (in LaTeX!) so I can send out a bunch of copies (including electronic ones). Do you foriegn types do Christmas letters, where you do a sort of year-in-review of yourself/your family, or is that an English-speaking tradition?

There was stationary store in Paris, one I was I was always glad to be poor in. Otherwise, instead of just a packet of envelopes and a roll of stickers I would have walked out with half the store.

It's been a little while, but Popeye's puts more salt/seasoning onto their batter, and I think it's flakier as well. They also have pretty great biscuits.
