Being told that I do a good job is very nice. Showing it with great bonus' is the cherry on top. Even exceeded last years bonus by over $1k.

Nice and quiet morning since Sky Harbor (PHX) is sending all northbound traffic up 67th Ave and turning east at Grand.

Normal route is 101 to about Northern, having them fly directly over the house.
