SCOTUS upheld the lower court ruling barring the “skirts only” rule for girls in a charter school, and it’s growing increasingly clear that even the conservative courts are having none of this gender policing of speech.

(Edit: the ACLU’s (sigh) tweet is misleading. SCOTUS denied cert, which is in effect the same outcome at least as far as it applies to that circuit but we don’t get the saucy opinion)

Roberts is mindful of his legacy, and I don’t think even Thomas will start going against basic free expression issues. running into a bug where i have one sound file that plays properly in the unity editor, but is distorted and choppy in build. it's just that one sound, nothing else is affected. game development is hell

@cmddx i once dealt with issue with sound in Unity that worked on my machine, but in prod the audio was clipping. It took me almost 2 weeks of diagnostics to figure out it was the auto-leveling on the user’s TV
