@ramsey @stevegrunwell absolutely- I usually let the world see my stumbling and bumbling about, largely out of laziness, but there is plenty of reasons to be more intentional about your commit history 😅

I know it’s an old saw, but i do not understand medical billing at all

I get a bill for $10,539, but then everything is covered by the plan except for a $30 of an $1800 lab test. So they want me to pay 1.7% of a lab test, which is 0.28% of the entire bill.

It probably cost more than $30 just to send me this bill! What’s the point? Clearly it’s not a money issue, but rather some paternalistic bullshit.
