@jonoabroad @Jplonie modifications visible from the exterior of the building or other lots require the committee to be notified and a checklist completed. This wouldn't be visible, but I'd do it anyway, get someone else on the committee to approve it, then make a hole.

I've done this in my apartment. Used particulate sensors as well as temp/humidity sensors to monitor different places around my apartment. The placement and operation of things like fans, the air conditioning and a air filter are all designed out so that the place is as well ventilated as possible. This prevents a lot of cooking smells, mold growth in cupboards etc.

This restaurant has a large table for a family birthday and they’re being dicks. Waitstaff are constantly serving them stuff to the exclusion of everyone else and when the staff do check on other covers one woman from the birthday goes and finds them and asks them for stuff AT SOMEONE ELSES TABLE.

I want the nursing home to answer questions too. There is NO conceivable good outcome if you choose to summon armed sociopaths to a nursing home. The police have zero responsibility, mandate, tools, training or empathy required to turn a situation where an infirm geriatric is disoriented, distressed and armed into a situation where they’re oriented, comfortable and unarmed. They had no medication, communication line to trusted loved ones, they probably didn’t have any fucking snacks. They had a Glock, an electrocution device, a baton, an aerosol can of severe mucous membrane irritant, about a week’s training and a pervasive culture of power and violence.

So who the fuck summoned them and why.

When I was a teenager there was a mass shooting in Australia and the very conservative Prime Minister said “Right. No more fucking guns.” so everyone just gave up their guns. There’s a few here and there for farmers and sporting shooters but there’s no “muh family needs to be protected” bullshit. That’s out.

This week Serbia had a school shooting and the next day another mass shooting. The Serbian President has said “Right. The guns go. Give ‘em up or we’re coming to get them.” So far they’ve taken in 13,500.
